Piano Wellbeing in Notting Hill!
As part of my teaching practice, I discuss from time to time the idea of 'piano wellbeing', which includes different methods of maintaining healthy posture and arm movement whilst playing the piano. Various people have come to my attention when researching the subject online, so I'm sharing these on this page.
This is already up on my practising the piano page. However no collection of wellbeing videos should be without this handy warm-up routine.

Weekly Piano is a great blog that I send most of my jazz students to at one time or another. Here Greg talks about the more 'holistic health' aspects of piano playing. Someone should maybe tell him it's 'tendonitis' though 😉
